International Women's Day

Today and everyday I am grateful for the women who fought for our future—and those who keep fighting—so I can have all of the opportunities I do. Because of those strong women, I continue their fight to give girls and women across the world a choice and a chance. Because even little me experienced sexism and inequality, I strive to ensure that girls learn from a young age that they are strong, intelligent, powerful, beautiful, and incredible all on their own.

Because the world is not always for us, I stand with and support all genders on our quest to establish gender equality. Because all it takes is one person to make a difference, I ask myself, “If not me, who? If not now, when?”

P.S. To all my non binary pals, I see you and I support you today and everyday. You are valid, amazing, and important.
