Sports Operations Experience

BayLeigh is a dedicated professional with experience in sports operations. Since 2023, she has played a key role with Lexington Sporting Club by contributing to game day operations, field support, fan engagement, and retail operations. She worked closely with fans to foster a great experience. BayLeigh helped strengthen the club’s presence in the community by supporting major events, including the stadium’s grand opening, Super League Kit Reveal, and Trick-Or-Treat night.

This year BayLeigh is volunteering as the Social Media Manager for The Railbirds, the club’s official supporters group. In 2024, BayLeigh served as the group's Community Work Lead; in this role, she organized fundraisers, outreach initiatives, and volunteer events to connect fans with local causes. BayLeigh also joined the Bluegrass Soccer Cast in 2024, providing thoughtful analysis and coverage of women’s soccer to highlight the sport’s continued growth.
