Sports Operations Experience

BayLeigh is a dedicated professional with experience in sports operations. Since 2023, she has played a key role with Lexington Sporting Club by contributing to game day operations, field support, and fan engagement. She also strengthened the club’s presence in the community by supporting major events, including the stadium’s grand opening, Super League Kit Reveal, and Trick-Or-Treat night.

In 2024, BayLeigh served as Community Work Lead for The Railbirds, the club’s official supporters group. In this role, she organized fundraisers, outreach initiatives, and volunteer events to connect fans with local causes. BayLeigh also joined the Bluegrass Soccer Cast that same year, providing thoughtful analysis and coverage of women’s soccer to help spotlight the sport’s continued growth.
