Crocs isn’t slowing down anytime soon. After all, this is the brand that turned quirky clogs into a global fashion statement and made Jibbitzā„¢ charms a full-blown obsession. Now, Crocs Inc. is stepping up its game with some serious marketing firepower. Terence Reilly, who recently became EVP and chief brand officer, just brought on two big names to lead Crocs and Hey Dude into their next chapter:

  • Amondo Redmond → the new CMO of Hey Dude. A Fortune 500 exec with experience at Foot Locker, Forever 21, Oakley, and PepsiCo, he knows how to build brands that stick.

  • Carly Gomez → the new CMO of Crocs. She’s a 20-year marketing pro with stints at Fabletics and Vans, known for spotting trends and turning them into major growth.

Both leaders will report directly to Reilly, and both are packing their bags to get started. Gomez is headed to Crocs HQ in Colorado, while Redmond is moving to Hey Dude HQ in Massachusetts—and timing couldn’t be better! Crocs just posted a solid second quarter but warned of some challenges ahead, including tariffs and retail shelf space competition.

Still, the brand is betting big on sandals, new store concepts, and major collabs to keep the momentum going. Speaking of momentum: Crocs just opened its IconĀ concept store, which doubles as a playground for personalization and consumer events. And in case you missed it, Stranger ThingsĀ star Millie Bobby BrownĀ is now officially the face of Crocs worldwide.

So, what does this all mean? Expect to see Crocs and Hey Dude everywhere—from your Instagram feed to the shelves of your favorite retailers. With Gomez and Redmond behind the marketing wheel, the brands are primed to keep their cool-factor strong and their fans (old and new) coming back for more.
