In March, Universal Orlando Resort announced a new Quiet Room opened in Universal Studios Florida. The Quiet Room is for guests who need a quiet, low-stimulation place to take a break from the noise and crowds in the parks. This room is located next to the Studio Audience Center at the front of Universal Studios Florida.
The Quiet Room is a great step forward for accessibility. As guests provide feedback, I hope Universal improves and expands on this in a meaningful way. What do you think? Are there any improvements to this room you'd like to make? How would you like to see accessibility improve at theme parks, including Universal Orlando Resort?
Check out Universal Orlando Resort’s website for more accessibility information to before visiting the parks.
