Sports Operations Experience

BayLeigh is a dedicated professional with experience in sports operations. Since the summer of 2023, she has played a key role with Lexington Sporting Club by contributing to game day operations, field support, fan engagement, and retail operations. BayLeigh helps strengthen the club’s presence in the community by supporting major events, including a Trick-Or-Treat night at the stadium, the Super League Kit Reveal party, and the stadium’s grand opening in the fall of 2024.

Over the years, BayLeigh has developed a close connection with The Railbirds, the club’s official supporters group. In 2024, she served as the fan group’s Community Service Lead; in this role, she organized fundraisers, developed outreach initiatives, and planned volunteer events to connect fans with local causes. BayLeigh also wrote for the Bluegrass Soccer Cast in 2024, providing thoughtful analysis and coverage of women’s soccer to highlight its continued growth.
